Ibn Hazm (may Allah have mercy on him) said about Rafidah, when he had a debate against the Christians who brought him the books of Rafidah to argue with him, “as for the saying of the Christians that Rafidah say that the Quran is distorted, I say ‘Rafidah are definitely not from Muslims, they are not but a sect emerged 25 years after the Prophet’s death. It is a sect that shares the same qualities of telling lies and disbelief with the Jews and the Christians’.”
